We aim to provide quality nutrition therapy to the greater Huntsville, AL area.

We primarily work with clients with eating disorders and disordered eating, but love to help those with other nutrition-related health conditions embrace the principles of intuitive eating, health at every size and an all foods fit approach to nutrition. We look forward to serving you.

Why work with a Registered Dietitian (RD)?

A registered dietitian nutritionist is the food and nutrition expert who has completed at least a four year degree, a 1200 hour internship and passed a rigorous national credentialing exam. Trust a dietitian to provide you evidence-based nutrition education for a variety of nutrition related concerns. No other medical or mental health professional completes the rigorous nutrition education to be a reliable source of nutrition information.
