Join Andrea and Rachel for a guided body image support group where we explore body image related topics. We aim to end the harmful consequences of negative body image and give you tools to combat tough body image situations that arise in every day life.
What to Expect: This 60 minute group will provide support as you navigate body image struggles and teach you tools to apply in every day life.
When: Mondays at 1 pm

Who: You! This group is for people seeking support with body image struggles. You don’t have to be an existing client to join these groups, and you don’t have to have a history of an eating disorder.
